**Free Artwork applies on simple graphics and text-only designs only. Customer-supplied artwork must be in high resolution, preferably in EPS file format. We can convert low quality/resolution supplied artwork at cost. This price of this service can vary between £5 and £20 per design, depending on the complexity or the artwork. Please be aware that conversion/cleanup of supplied artwork can add up to 3 business days to the turnaround time of your order.
