Returns Policy
At T-Shirt Central customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Sometimes there are ocassions when you may need to return items. However please note that all items for sale on our website are custom produced to order.
Returns can only be accepted for the following reasons:
- Faulty or damaged item.
- Wrong item received.
- Wrong size item received to the size you ordered.
- Incorrectly printed item
Returns can’t be accepted for these reasons:
- The item doesn’t fit – Please check the size guide on every product page before ordering.
- You don’t like the item – Please only order items you want.
- The colour of the t-shirt doesn’t match exactly how it appears on your computer screen. This is because monitor settings vary, so there is likely to be a variance in how the garment looks on screen to how it actually appears.
How To Return Items
- Use the form on the contact page to let us know that you want to return an item. Please give the full details of your order and tell us why you want to return the item.
- Await our reply.
Quick Word Of Warning To Scammers
I’ve been selling t-shirts online for many years and I’ve seen every trick in the book when it comes to people trying to rip off sellers, on both eBay and independent online shops. Although there will always be a certain percentage of customers who steal from sellers (e.g music & video piracy, shoplifting etc), please be aware that we follow all of Paypal’s recommended procedures when it comes to packing, posting and recording the despatch of orders in order to prevent fraudulent claims. Fraudulent Paypal chargebacks do serious harm to small business like mine. While you might find it fun to steal money straight of out the pockets of those of us who choose to work hard all week, believe me when I say your actions will ont be tolerated. Fraudulent chargeback attempts will be reported to eBay as well as the police.
Thank you for your co-operation with this. We are a small independent business that could easily go out of business if our customers make fraudulent claims against us.
